Colton was sent home early from daycare on Monday with fever. On Tuesday he went to work with me since he still wasn't feeling well. He kept running fever at night and said his back hurt and of course had a runny nose with lots of congestion. He felt bad all week and today he saw the doctor again. Since he wasn't doing any better, I thought I'd have the doctor look at him before the weekend.
She decided to order a chest x-ray since his congestion was worse. The x-ray showed a small spot on his lower right lobe which meant he had pneumonia. We changed up his antibiotics and started his breathing treatments.
I hope my little guy gets better soon!
