Hey Everyone!
Yes, we're still alive. It has been a crazy life since our last blog update. Lets catch up.
Colton and Carter are wonderful and finally healthy. We never followed through with any of the treatment for Colton's sinus infection but it has seemed to heal own its own. Both boys have an occasional runny nose and cough but have finally gotten over that crude they had. Thank goodness! They both continue their school at ABC Academy in Montgomery. Colton is now in Pre-K and Carter moved up to the Frog class. Colton is doing awesome and has received so many "good day" awards. He even was awarded student of the month. He is definitely top of his class and his teacher, Mrs. Elizabeth just adores him. Carter has moved up as well and is starting to learn his colors, numbers, sign language and even spanish. It's amazing to see just how much he has learned.
As for Jerry and I...We sold our house and all the animals and we're headed back to the city. We haven't found a house yet so we are "camping out" at the local KOA campground in our RV. We are really having a lot of fun and aren't in much hurry to find a house. We are taking are time searching through houses to make sure we find the perfect home in the perfect location. Of course the boys are loving camp life too!
Jerry still works for HP and as for my job....Dr. Farley closed up practice here in Montgomery and moved to Dallas. I was very fortunate and found a job about a 1/2 mile from her office pretty much doing the same thing. However, I am still working for Dr. Farley, finishing up her insurance claims and patient bills while working at Stone Creek Family Medicine. My new office actually took over Dr. Farley's charts so most of the patients are transitioning over to the new physicians. My work schedule has been pretty hectic and I'm definitely looking forward to it calming down. My boys, all three of them really miss me and I miss them!
House hunting has been interesting. We have found numerous houses that were perfect but the yard is so small, you only need to own a weed eater. And when they say 2 car garage, they are really referring to Mini Coopers or golf carts. There's no why Jerry's truck is fitting in there. And out door storage, well that goes back to the 2 car garage. The Mini Cooper goes on one side and the weed eater, tools and some of the kids toys such as their bikes go on the other side. By the way, we don't own a Mini Cooper. We can't park the camper in the yard so we have to find a place to store that among many other of our outdoor toys. Ugh.....we're just going to keep looking
