The two dogs we were interested in didn't seem to fit our family needs. The owner did have an 8 month old named Titan that no one seemed to want. We really wanted a "red" dog and this one was a "blue"dog. We took a look at him and he took to us right away. He played very well with Colton and didn't seem to mind Carter either which meant the most to us. Although he's only 8 months old, he's pretty much at his peak in size and is kennel trained and very playful. His only flaw is an underbite that is uncorrectable but does not affect him healthwise.
We played with Titan for a while and decided he was the right dog for us. He's still young enough to teach him our specific needs and is perfect to grow up with the boys. We get to take him home next week.
